This is a management system used to manage human resources and related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

It allows the HR management to view and manage details of any employee working in the organization or those who worked in the past. It is designed to simplify the process of record maintenance of employees in the organization as well as allow employees manage their details relating to them

It simplifies the process of physical data entry for HR and speeds up the processes of data capture. Employees edit their personal details on their employee profiles. These details include phone numbers, physical addresses, email addresses, bank information, profile picture, education, employment history, NSSF, and NHIF information. The HR team can access this information without having to manually feed the system with the information themselves. This portal will reduce the paper work of the company

• Employee profiles: They will also have access to their personal profiles and will be able to edit their details.
